Anyone recommend quality elbow pads for grappling that don't shift around too much?

Elbow pads? Why? They'd make it hard to get out of just about any kind of arm attack.

Just curious but why do you need elbow pads for grappling?

For light striking, MMA style grappling. I've tried a few like Muellers but they slide around a lot and like you've mentioned can get stuck during submission attempts.
