Oliveira is a exception he came in very young into the UFC its also a factor why he has sub record that might not get broken for another 20 years if at all. Amazing career he went from 1 dimensional to complete fighter would he have that many loses if he went into the UFC later? Probably not. Majority of fighters fight a lot of cans on the way to the UFC also depends if you come by one of the better known orgs or backyard events. Its smart though not fighting legit competition until your skilled in all areas as getting beat by expirience is a thing as well.
