Additionally, Robert Whiteford, Clint Hester, Willie Gates, Dominic Waters, Yan Cabral and Filip Pejic were cut by the Las Vegas-based promotion. Sherdog.com confirmed the releases with a source close to the UFC.

Nothing major, Efrain will probably not get another shot in the UFC, dude always fights like shit and never shows any urgency, its always like he's confident he's gonna get the nod from the judges. Unless UFC is starving for Mexican fighters for a Mexico card, then I don't ever see him in the UFC again.

I think Willie Gates and Clint Hester will be back if they string together a couple of wins. Both have pretty glaring weaknesses but if they improve a lot in those aspects they will be great additions to any card. If they had more favorable matchups (strikers) they likely would still be in the UFC. Kind of sucks, but hopefully they will be back
