people do get it again some people antibodies stay for 3 to 6 months hence the vaccine is working for 3 to 6 months

The vaccine works for at least a year, and the vaccine doesn't work the same as the antibodies produced by someone who's had the disease.

Also, there's been very few documented cases of people getting COVID twice. I seriously doubt that these two fighters, both recently having had it, will fall into that category.
