Media Edson Barboza looking TST

I would like to know what his diet is for real. And don't say favela squirrel meat.

Too bad they have his equine quads shadowed out, dudes legs are oak

I REALLY, REALLY wish these fighters didn't have to cut weight.

They don't "have to do" anything. It's a choice.

But a natural 180-lber, shredded to 155, is going to have a massive advantage over a guy who walks around naturally @ 155.

The natural 155er has a choice: either fight the shredded 180er, or drop down to FW or even BW.

So nobody "has to do" anything, except "make a weight limit."

It's THEIR CHOICE how much work they want to put in to get there.

Intelligent, disciplined fighters will select the lowest weigh at which they retain full strength.

It's pretty much that simple.

Barboza looks supercharged heading into every fight, then can still manage to get finished. He has his moments where he looks untouchable striking too. We'll just have to wait and see how it plays out. Win or lose his fights are pretty entertaining.

Agreed, but it's still stupid. Weight cutting is horrible.

Lighting, angles but he looks huge, specially if he is fighting at 145 next.
