I don't follow boxing the same way I follow MMA so records are generally what I go by. In boxing I only follow GGG, Canelo, Rigondeaux and Lomachenko so if it's not one of those 4 I will go by record and 36-3 is a pretty decent record. I saw the betting odds though and they suggested it was a squash match.

I think back in the day they might have but not so much nowadays. Kiwis and Aussies just give each other shit all the time. Like they say we have sex with sheep which funnily enough mostly get exported over there haha. We give them shit about being stupid and lazy because that's kind of how they're viewed here. A New Zealand prime minister back in the day once said "Kiwi's who go over to Australia improve the I.Q of both countries" haha. Australians probably still haven't worked out what he meant but it cracks us up.

I think if you get 20+ fights undefeated in MMA it usually means you're legit but yeah they pad records a lot in boxing. I watched Tyson crush cans regularly as kid.
