Alvarez fight needs to happen
sooner than the Barboza fight needs to happen,
I feel. Alvarez, imo, doesn't have much of his
physical prime left....in a division where it's
pretty much imperative to be at your peak
athletic ability.

Edson is not a better offensive striker than Pettis. If he was he wouldn't of got out struck by Michael Johnson.

Terrible logic. Johnson came forward and smothered him but swung at air all night (20%).

Guida did the same to Pettis but with takedowns. Johnson would have done the same to Pettis with that gameplan.

Barboza and Pettis have the same weakness. They need space to kick. It is basically a coin flip who lands big first. Barboza has slight speed advantage but Pettis has subs as well.

I'd rather see Barboza vs Melendez/Dariush/Alvarez
