So guess what happens when you fight a guy that is taller than you and have longer reach than you.

He's gonna pack peddle on your ass and knock you the fuk out, talking about you Aldo.

You want to beat Conor, you need to stop being a counterstriker. You can't counter strike against a counter striker who is lankier than you are. You need to learn how to fight in the pocket while staying self aware and not panicking. You beat Frankie, well okay, but you aren't going to beat Conor, which is the end goal.

I'm sure Aldo needs your keyboard warrior advice.

Aldo comes to win, Conor comes to KO. That's why I believe Conor will win.

I agree TS.

objective, logical points are still objective and logical

Aldo really needs your help. Let's all hope and pray that he sees this thread because there is no way that he is getting the training and advice that he needs without the help of a sherdogger.

He's right, beating Edgar was easy.

Anything wrong with fighting the way which is more advantageous to your body type and mentality?

Slap!

That's quite the photo huh? It would almost lead you to believe that Aldo actually knocked Frankie down. Good job bruh....

Nah you can tell from his stance that Aldo is about to back peddle for another mile.

You're criticizing Aldo's gameplan, which worked well against Edgar, because you don't think it would work against Conor?

Man. You're a fucking dumbass.

What a crazy thread.

First TS attempts shaming Aldo for his being a bigger counter striker, then brags about Conor going to do it to him.

And considering their last fight, ts thinks its best for Aldo to go on the offensive and not counter, inviting him back into the pocket.

Fan boi shit. Aldo was super impressive last night. These fan bois should be concerned.

Sometimes you need to back up....#knowwhatimsayin...

Aldo looked sharp. what little offense he offered was fast and seemed to have some heat behind it. Wish he would have went for the finish, but Aldo hasn't really done that for a long time.

I was impressed with his strength and TDD. he made edgar look like a little kid. He seemed stronger than I remember him being.

He has been playing it safe for a long time now. In some of his fights you could hear his corner basically telling him to coast. It's a damn shame because he could be finishing folks in exciting ways, but he'd rather keep distance and throw a hard shot every now and then.

I wonder what he will do with Conor. I imagine Conor will look to take his head off and Aldo will try and ride his bicycle and pick his shots. It just won't be as easy as it was with Frankie.

Perhaps since Conor isn't much for taking folks down, Aldo will open up with more leg kicks and try to slow down Conor's movement? That would probably be his best bet. Would be interesting if Conor snuck in a take down. then we might get to see some of Aldo's underrated BJJ.

Well, the fight is interesting anyway.

Do you not remember how he lost? It wasn't him waiting. The pocket was where he was, landing as he got caught hard.

Only thing Aldo needs to have a better chance against Conor is another fight scheduled with him.
