Eddie probably would have won but the ref should have let it go longer.

RDA simply walked off after the ref ended the fight.

Imagine if the ref had stopped the Edgar-Maynard 2 in the first?

Dude. RDA was taking serious damage. He didn't protest it, so neither should you.

RDA didn't seem to be upset though, thats what i thought was strange

He took quit a few punches without doing anything but stopping them with his face. Not bad at all. RDA didnt even complain at all.

That doesn't mean shit. Not everyone is the kind of person to make a dramatic scene after a controversial stoppage. Not to mention what would be the point? It's not like the ref is going to restart it

dos anjos wasn't fighting back. he was only trying to defend strikes. good stoppage.

RDA couldn't protect himself when Herb was telling him to, then he ate 5-6 shots with no answer other than pushing

No, RDA took a ton of damage. A standing TKO can be warranted. Herb Dean is a pretty bad ref, worst in the game relative to his industry reputation, but he didn't mess up here tonight.

I guess when RDA is a corpse on the canvas, then you guys would be satisfied.

That doesn't change the fact he was getting beat up bad.

Lol at people pretending this was some kind of bad stoppage. Some might have let it go longer, but to say it was a bad stoppage is just stupid.

Yeah he should need to eat from a straw and not be able to control his extremities before it gets stopped!

I wouldn't have minded letting it go a little more in light of it being a championship fight, but I have no problem with it either. Totally justified.

Not really. RDA was wobbling. Eddie struggled to get it done more convincingly, but RDA was finished considering there was no way he'd recover with a minute and a half remaining.

He wasn't out, but I was expecting it to be stopped at any second. He took 3 ridiculous uppercuts right before Herb stepped in.
