Early predictions for Overeem - Arlovskii?

I think Overeem gets the TKO within 3 rounds. I think he will keep a steady pace and evade Arlovskii's hands while landing oblique kicks, leg kicks, body kicks and jabs. Arlovskii is strong in the clinch but Overeem is stronger and his knees are brutal, Arlovskii will not withstand them. I think Overeem could take AA down if he wanted to but he will accumulate damage on him on the feet while making himself hard to hit, covering up when necessary and the more tentative AA gets, and he is pretty careful and measured most of the time these days, the more it's going to allow Overeem to control the flow of the fight and find his timing and distance and keep landing until AA goes down. Arlovskii does have very fast hands and great accuracy but I simply think Overeem is the superior striker and he will not allow Arlovskii to come inside on him and get off heavy punches.

I'm actually gonna predict Arlovski catches Overeem with a lightning fast straight punch and puts him to sleep with GNP.

It seems like a difficult matchup for Arlovski and it is, but despite his inconsistency, when he's on he looks like a killer.

My brain says the reem, but my heart says Andrei. The reem has the betters set of whiskers for sure. While Andrei has better hands and feet, is quicker and has better footwork. Man with this fight in the reems backyard, not sure what the added pressure will do. Still divided, but I'm leaning towards The Reem.

Ovreeem via ground and pound TKO. Reem is a smart guy and knows that Arlovski's weakness will be the ground. He'll take him down and pound him out similar to the Struve fight.

AA best chance is to come out very aggressive and head hunt for the KO. At range I think AO picks him apart and then devastates him in the clinch ala Anderson/Franklin.

Taking Arlovski here. Never bought into Overeem and still don't.

He can always win any fight by being a 300 pound striking based fighter, but I just don't think he's as good as most people do.

This is a terrible match up for Overeem. Arlovski will have to much forward pressure not allowing Reem to settle in and he will get caught early. Arlovski via KO/TKO round 1.

If Reem mixes it up on AA and clinches and looks for takedowns and GnP, AA will most likely be in for an ass whooping. If Reem comes to brawl it out punch for punch in the center of the octagon, AA will have legitimate chances of stopping his brain.

I think this is a great fight.
