also colder the onion the more difficult for the chemical to get to your eyes through diffusion.

That is a good tip and works with one or two onions... But those big Spanish onions you get in kitchens, when you're a Jr chef and have to cut an entire sack, its like being maced... And its something you never get used to like chilli either... And smoking weed makes it way worse.

I hated those times. All gutting fish and chopping.
