In New York / New Jersey there was a huge steroid bust of corrupted cops. Guys were looking like Lou Feriggno and shit.

Last time I was up there I was sitting in the local pizza joint and three cops walked in looking like full out power physique heavyweights. And where they found a 6'+ 250lb shredded Chinese guy still makes me laugh a little; the dude could go back home and be Conan and here he is slapping around junkies in Queens.

About a decade ago, the company I worked for participated in a "Plane Pull" charity event at an air show. One of the teams was from the sheriff's office. They all looked like the guy in the photo. It was bizarrely comical.

I am sure there is a cottage industry of lawyers that make money off of juiced up cops being too rough on suspects. Just ensure they have to pee in a cup and then have the municipality settle out of court.

Meh. I have no issue with the cops/military getting themselves psyched up. They are going into an unknown situation where they will be outnumbered by far and they have to follow different rules than the protesters. Whatever these people have to do to give themselves the courage is OK in my book.
