I thought Ratigan could use some polishing in his delivery as well. I like that it doesn't feel crafted and prepared, but he needs to work on a stump speech.

Didn't see the vid, but Viva used to post a bunch of videos of him screaming at this or that when he (Viva) was pimptight, and he (Ratigan) seemed like a grandstanding clown who was peddling easy answers to rubes.
