I haven't watched wrasslin' since I was a kid, but this Cajun chef/fisherman/entertainer sounds a lot like The American Dream.

Naw cause Dusty Rhodes was from Texas, he definitely didnt have a Cajun accent, youre probably thinking of Jerry Reed, common mistake

Yeah, Dusty wasn't a Cajun, but he definitely didn't have a typical Texas accent. His accent was definitely contrived to some extent. And he did sound a bit like this guy, sans the Cajun pronunciations of some words.
