They change, but it's still speculation. Going by your logic, Holloway should have won tonight since his loss to Dustin was years ago and hasn't lost since 2014.

His record sucks, but that wasn't a fluke. Hall beating Moose is a fluke, but Johnson has really sharp, fast hands and it shouldn't be a surprise to anyone when he gets a knockout.
