I'd put Observe and Report top 10 for me. I know it's not for everyone.
GREAT flick! Absolutely great.

Is this a hot take?: movies aren't funny. It's the wrong format. No film is legit funny for long enough to be considered 'funny'.

I would put black dynamite, popstar and tropic thunder ahead of it.
EDIT:
HAD TO ADD MACGRUBER.
*Stares at briefcase"She gave me a bunch of crap about me not listening to her enough, or something. I don't know, I wasn't really paying attention."

No but I wouldn't agree at all those are better mediums for comedy. With stage shows you are limited to what you can do for the sake of the laugh. They are a seperate niche thing but not better.Theatre, or... sketch shows.
Does that make me sound old? Lol
Everything must appear egdy with a brain so very smooth @BEATDOWNSget this guy some bandaids he's gonna cut himself on all this edgyness.

Macgruber is so damn good. I don't even like that kind of comedy. I think it's stupid as fuck but man does Macgruber pull it off amazingly well. He's in some new comedy show with Steve Carrel and Tina Fey on Netflix. I was telling my wife this guy is funny as hell and he didn't make me look stupid. We've had to pause it several times cause of the shit he says.
That's actually a good point.
I find that movies can be funny, but they tend to drop off rapidly after the first half an hour. Even movie adaptions of my all time favourites sitcoms get tiresome for me.
I can't think of a comedy film that doesn't tire me out before the end.
