Newsflash, many live-action movies are dubbed as well.
Just about everything is "dubbed" in the sense of your definition.
In LOTR TTT, ever single line was dubbed except for the scene with the two kids on the horse in rohan.

For me personally man... shows like Naruto and Bleach certain characters like Kakashi and Kenpachi went from sounding bored/cool (Kenpachi) or completely psychotic and badass (Kenpachi) to just... bad.

I can see how that would kill it because it did for me for Dan vs. I can not listen to Curtis Armstrong's voice for that long...killed the show for me which was otherwise funny. A Kenpachi sighting in Bleach is so rare though.

Not in the early episodes or the part in Hueco Mundo which is where Adult Swim is right now.

Yeah he was in about 3 eps of Hueco Mundo and I have not seen him since...i'm on eps 283. I didnt watch the Sword Beast eps though so maybe he had a lot coverage in that.
