I want to stab my whole body with a rake. I have terrible dry itchy skin during this time of year. It’s so bad I can’t sleep through the night.
I’m going to buy a couple humidifiers to see it that helps
Anyone else have this prOblem and have OTC solutions?

Wife wants me to see Dr but I’m trying to avoid like the plague

Try bathing every now and then...

and lotion.

Thanks dick I’ve been using lotions. Any specifically.
??????? Not a dick move.

That's common with humans because in this type of weather, your skins gets dry, it cracks, and dies. More hydrated skin is what it seems like you need. I have the exact same problems, so I used hydrating lotions.

Calm down, sassy pants.

I'd probably just go to the doc

In the meantime try some gold bond eczema relief or something along those lines

I thought u were trolling. Yes I’ve tried lotions. At night I’ve been slathering myself with Vaseline

Yeah I wish I was doing it to the wife as well and then having crazy anal sex but that’s not the case. I just wake up looking like this
<DCrying> And applying Vaseline in a corner in the dark.

this might be a strange thing to ask, but do you drink a lot of water? the weather causes this, but being dehydrated doesn't help the situation.

Skin problems are connected to detergent, food and pollen allergies. You should see a dermatologist and get a skin test.

Not a strange thing to ask at all. Yes Im pretty ocd about my hydration. I don’t think that’s the issue. If I drank any more I’d have to get up at night to pee every couple hours

wish i had some good advice for ya, but i don't. i too have dry and sensitive skin, but not as bad as yours.

Apply Aquaphor (or whatever doesn't trigger allergy or irritation) nightly, and cover. Wear socks, long sleeves, whatever -- keep it on the skin.

On a semi-related note, how first world are we to have devices that humidify and de-humidify? Our ancestors might have run for days on end in search of food, while we're like, "It's a bit dry, don't you think? No, I don't care for that."

Why would you not go to the doctor?
