It's clear that he can't handle the stresses of being a champion, much less an old soon to retire champion going through a midlife crisis.

It seems like he is unraveling. He is probably frustrated that he wasn't a champion in his younger days so he could bang random hotties and get away with it. Shit is hard at 40 with a wife and three kids. I favored him to beat GSP, but between this and GSP calling him out on his drinking, I think GSP might have a mental edge.

It's hard to say what's happened in the gym.

I'd say Bisping has taken significantly more head trauma than GSP at this point though.
