Dropping hands - good drills to stop it?

Haha, it isn't so much training as it is just a class I'm taking for fun right now. But who knows, maybe one day. Hell, neither him nor my martial arts school even advertised him as an Olympian, I was just curious one day and googled him and lo and behold. Thanks for all your help guys!

That is the best type of guy to work with, one who doesn't constantly advertise his accomplishments.

he seems to be a good trainer or at least a nice guy
ask him to slap you harder next time and i bet you don't drop your hands after that

when your at home you can walk round with basketballs on your arms tito ortiz style
