Dricus is 6ft. and probably weighs about 200 pounds in shape. Guys like Rockhold were 6'3 and walked at 215. Izzy is 6'4 and probably 205-210 pounds towards the end of his reign.

He also use to fight at 170 and got KO'd by a guy who is 5'9 at best. Dricus had just beat him and this was the rematch.

Dricus's win over Whittaker was super impressive, but unless he gets Sean down I think Sean will do what he normally does and wear's him down with volume.

In shape DDP is literately an averaged sized middleweight. Rogan is full of shit. Robert Whittaker was a smaller MW so of course DDP looked bigger.

And what weight class did Sean Strickland fight the majority of his UFC career in?

185 bro. The majority of his fights have been at 185.

Don't act like you are making a point when you don't even know what you are talking about.

Even his first 2 fights were at 185. You all should brush up on your knowledge.

Fighters cut a lot of height and weight these days. DDP is walking around at a much height weight these days, and cuts a lot of height and weight to make MW. We even saw Nate cut 2x his height and weight to make LW before

Sean's win over Adesanya was super impressive, but unless he he can keep it on the feet I think Dricus will do what he normally does and wear's him down by mixing in his grappling

Dricus said he walks around at 215 - 225 lbs. He likes to be around 215 lbs, but he does go up to 225 lbs in the off.

There was another thread on this loss which was back in 2018. He has never lost a fight since then. Also, Dricus won the first fight against Soldic. He simply threw the game plan out in the 2nd fight and lost because he did not mix it up like the first fight. If Dricus stands and only trades with Strickland then the same thing could happen. However, he has mixed it up in every fight since then.

Who has Strickland lost to? He was literally a slightly above average middleweight before his win against Adesanya. Andy V who was a journeyman fighter who never won a fighter after his win against Strickland and he lost to Cannonier. He was 2-2 before he fought Adesanya with his most recent loss coming in 2022. Not implying Strickland cannot win. He absolutely can, but using a very old loss to make a point about Dricus, is not valid. Just be objective rather than being emotional in order to make selective arguments that suit the recency bias.

Oh shit, you're right, he's actually had just about half his UFC fights at MW. That makes it so much more sensible when you're disingenuously talking about DDP who has spent over 70% of his career vs Sean who has not even been 60% of his.

We're holding grappling-only losses against MMA fighters now?

Slightly above average? Dude....

He said it himself, he fights at 215 lbs and that is his walk around weight. He goes up to 225 lbs in off-season. He said it in an interview recently.

Plenty of MWs go up to 215-220lbs in between fights. The important data is fight night weight.
Where does Dricus says 215lbs is his weight in fight night? I would be surprised if that's the case. Only Pereira and Costa approached those numbers in fight night as a MWs that I can think of

He’s a huge middleweight. Has definitely got bigger from his welterweight days.

Any WW can bulk up and it doesnt necesarilly make him a huge MW.
Im not that sure Dricus is "a huge MW" when there are guys as Pereira, Canonier or Costa who could not even entertain the idea of making 170 at least since they were in their teen years.
