I stopped with the weed consumption 4 days ago and the dreams are bombarding me each night.
What is happening , anyone had the same exp ?
How long will it be like this?

I very rarely ever remember my dreams.

For a while there I had quit smoking, taking edibles, etc. and experienced the same as you; not only remembering my dreams, but them being vivid as hell.

Anyway, that stopped and I went back to not remembering them after about a week.

I'm now back to smoking weed and taking edibles and whathot after a couple years of not partaking.

Everyone I know that went from chiefing regularly every day to no weed had similar experiences, me included. It wasn't that all the dreams were nightmares (one or two maybe,) but I'd actually dream that I had some weed to smoke, and upon waking up and realizing I didn't have any, I'd feel irritable lol.

It's been 6 months quitting for me and dreams are still every night and vivid. I like it, I think it shows I'm sleeping more deeply. Enjoy them

Yep. Every time I have an extended break from weed or beer I start having the craziest dreams all throughout the night...it's kinda exhausting, you wake up feeling like you ran a few miles in your sleep.

Yea happened to me as well some of the dreams were wild and scary as shit. Like I would wake up and just stay awake.

It's because of your Avatar you haven't fully let go.

but yeah I experience the same thing when I sober up during the work week. I just keep it to the weekends now the beers and edibles. I stopped smoking it all together. Edibles work better for me.

Try taking 2000mg of fish oil from the first day you stop

You won't have vivid dreams. You"ll be traversing the multiverse and will remember it in detail the next morning

Stops within a week once your body goes back to sleeping normally

Ŵhen you come off a substance particuarly if it helped you sleep your brain is returning to a normal dream phase, is sort of out of whack and repressed so the sensations become stronger. Sleeping on a narcotic is not normal rest, you werent actually sleeping. Now you are and repressed chemicals are flooding in. Happens with myself when i lay off booze.

Its a very good reminder of how low uour brain is functioning compared to what it can do when you stop substance abuse.
