really? that looks like it would be a fairly simple gif to make. he has no movement, just zoom in and in one of the panels make him wink. and every other panel make his hair move in a different position so that it looks like the wind is blowing it. you can do that in like 4 panels

Yeah I found much better results doing that than using hard pencil. I used both fountain pens and the watercolor brush.
