well when we discussed making this thread yesterday the idea was about drawing Music Album covers, and we threw around ideas like having genre themed months (as the first idea was hip-hop album covers) but this thread is much less specific than what I was expecting, and the Mayberry rules didn't clarify much for me

Well what I wanted to do with this thread was to open it up and get the drawing going a little before putting them to a theme. If I started with something niche like hip hop albums, I might have turned since people away. I figure when we want to select a topic for drawings, I'll edit the thread title with our current theme.

And as for rules, I can add something to the original post if you want. I don't really mod Mayberry but it's a little less aggressive than the heavies, and they don't take kindly to flaming. Otherwise, no graphic sexual drawings or those that contain nudity, graphic violence, bodily excretions, racially or nonracially offensive drawings, and that's all I can think of. Other mods can chime in if they want to add something.

Otherwise, this is an open ended creation thread. I've consulted with other mods and they agree mayberry is the appropriate area to have this thread and not P&M.

I agree with most of what you're saying, and I had a feeling my comment would be taken as criticism (I should've reworded it lol) but I didn't mean it, I just couldn't answer the questions being posed by Slobodan after checking out the subforum

Yes sir. Anything you desire to draw. Once this catches on, I'll seek yours and others' advice to set the themes up. I do like the first one as hip hop albums, some of them are already hysterical before we get our mice on them. I also think 80s slashers could be a blast too.

I expect we'll have a core of guys that draw things up for most themes, and then stragglers that chime in whenever they wish. I'm game for both crowds and I welcome them.

really? that looks like it would be a fairly simple gif to make. he has no movement, just zoom in and in one of the panels make him wink. and every other panel make his hair move in a different position so that it looks like the wind is blowing it. you can do that in like 4 panels
