    I recently read in Grappling about a plant in the amazon called Sangre Do Drago: Dragon's Blood, has anyone heard of it or used it? It's sposed to help muscle recovery.

    I read that articl also...lots of hype but i would also like to hear from someon who has actually used it.

    exactly! no one I know has tried it, so I hesitate to throw awy money on it, I wondered if it was something common to brazil , like acai or guarana?
