Dos Anjos vs Alvarez early stoppage by herb

Just my opinion but how the hell can you let Weidman see another round when he fought rockhold when he was getting annihilated but a fight gets stopped the way it did last night,granted Eddie looked sharp as did dos Anjos but for me that was a stinky stoppage.

Good stoppage, Alvarez wasnt letting him recover and was landing damaging shots on him.

He gave him a long long time to recover while he was receiving damage, any more and its time to question his reffing ability.

I felt the same thing, but RDA didn't complain, and really he was pretty punch drunk. Part of me would haved liked 10 more seconds to see if he could find a way to hang on, we've seen it before, but more often than not, that situation only gets worse
