Im lifting, but also on a low carb diet to drop fat... will creatine make me gain fat?
I don't believe so. I am under the impression that a lot of the weight creatine is responsible for adding is water weight.
no the weight gained is superficial water weight that will drop off within 3 weeks of when you stop taking it. All other weight gained will be mass. there is no studys that i know of showing fat gain while taking creatine.
Low fat diets are far more productive essentially than low-carb diets.
