This is the fight business these guys know what they're signing up for.

They are not paid by the hour but per fight. They are technically not employees of the UFC they can't be expected to get any benefits post fighting.

That's just the nature of this game, you try to make as much money as you can whilst you're in and save as much as you can, because once your done your done. The truth is not everyone is going to make it in this business.

UFC doesn't force you to fight, at the end of the day it's your decision.

The important story there is the fact the UFC c***s tried to muscle on Diego to get a free pass for having him in such a fucked up (brain)shape that he ended up with a guy like...Fabia.
Anyway like they did with the GSP association, they tried to make everybody focuse on a menial thing or character (rebney in this case, fabia in diegos case) to avoid the tough issues.
Facts are there, they treat their fighters very bad in a caricatural patronizing fashion.
The fighters have the worst of the employees world and of the independant workers world, none of the benefits.
The smartests out of them are given long term jobs (DC, Cruz, Bisping...), the vast majority is obviously screwed and few things are done to rectify that.
Diego is the last example of their BS, it cannot last forever though just because fighters are tough people and have the ability to endure the behaviour of these bastards.
Lets fucking fight those dudes on their turf, class action shit and all.

I agree with most of what you say. Although, what I find comical is you considering Bisping a "Smart Fighter". Bisping isn't very eloquent or smart lol... He's kind of a dumbass with a British accent who happened to get a belt. UFC needed a dude for the Europe or no one wanted to do cards, out appears Bisping.
