Damn, came in here to post the Quake Done Quickest video but you already beat me to the punch! That's easily my favorite of them all. It really shows just how fucking insane Quake can be if the player is skillful enough and has mastered rocket jumping.

I had a cross platform world record on one of the Strider remake time trials for the first couple months... people take that shit so seriously Id get messages on steam asking what controller i used, the path i took and wanted me to post videos of it.

Only thing I've personally done was have the record on one of those "Bionic Commando; Rearmed" challenge levels, that stood for about three months.

Speed running big games is impressive and sad at the same time. I just think of how long it would take to memorize a standard 10 hour game, to be able to blast through it in 2. Yikes.

Hes not blocking, he's parrying every hit of a special to take no damage. That essentially takes perfect timing of every hit and one mistake and he would have lost, thus the insane reaction.

Yes. The window to parry in third strike is 3 frames (3 60ths of a second).
