He's saying a lot differently. The way he has talked about Pakistan in public is far different then that phone call was. Personally I really don't take issue with that, because that is politics. What I have issue with is he and his supporters called Clinton out for such things that is now okay when Trump does them.

Those of us who aren't indoctrinated by fake news have known for months that he planned on working closely with Pakistan and strengthing ties. Depends on your alliances. Leaking the opposing world leaders conversations helps your alliance and is very different from leaking the conversations of your allies. If this was sports, turning over the opponent's playbook to the media wouldn't hurt you the way turning over your playbook would.
