hur basically said that regarding this specific case he wasn't confident in a charge because they couldn't reasonably secure a conviction, which is the standard when deciding to press charges. yes, it doesn't mean that biden can't tell the difference between right or wrong or that he has the mental abilities of a child or someone having a psychotic episode. it just means they can't reasonably secure a conviction which means they shouldn't lay charges.

If the jury believes the event took place, and that a payment was required to keep her from revealing the details of the event, then it speaks to Trump's intent to conspire to violate election law through a falsified business records and campaign funds scheme that was orchestrated to issue said payment.

And the defense tried but failed to attack Stormy Daniels' credibility. In the end they just said the payment had to be made so that Melania wouldn't find out, lulz

Imagine trying to convince a jury that the affair with Stormy Daniels didn't take place and 150k was issued to keep her mouth shut so that the missus (not the American people during an election cycle) would find out .
