News Donald 'Cowboy' Cerrone ending retirement, wants 2 more UFC fights

genuinly a terrible human being who I could care less about his fights. He loss to canner by shoulder strikes for Christ’s sakes.

If he does fight, feed a hard hitting 170 DonOLD.

Don’t get me wrong I’m a big cowboy fan and will absolutely watch his return fight but it doesn’t sit right with me that fighters can just go away for a while, get a f**k ton of steroids inside them and then just come back after gaining a huge advantage as if nothing has happened.

Yall think he wont be running test anymore? Cmon. This is gonna sound punny but... Its called a suspension. Test (or any other PED) suspension.

Wont be the mg amount hes on right now, but he aint gonna be no 42 year old man who's been destroying his body for 24 years fighting completely natty. He'll be below cruising levels.

That’s a good point, cowboy has money to do it properly as well

I like the new 'retire' and juice the fuck out for a few years then make a come back. Very cool, very legal.
Some RNR and TRT and everyone's ready to scrap again.

They can fix your muscles, but they can't fix your reflexes. Heavyweights can mostly get away with being slow. 205 maybe even 185 your can kinda hang with the middle of the pack. I don't think you can get away with losing half a step at 170 or below.
Facts, biology, and statistics all confirm this 170 and below. It sucks but we will never have an old champion that can keep up again.

Should be fine.

He's been taking TRT and probably feels good.

It does sound like he needs the money.
lol Donald is a trust fund baby he does not need the money. He was rich before he left his Mothers womb.

It's actually been determined as well the benefits of steroids linger on for longer after stopping than previously assumed. Someone testing clean after 6 months off still carries a lot of the gains.

I'm even suspicious of Nunes now and her sudden return from "retirement".

let me guess nick diaz and tony will fight him or jim miller

Cowboy should represent ufc at all PBR events.

I guess I’m in the minority here, but I wouldn’t mind seeing him come back if, and only if:

A) It’s for two fights to achieve the 50-fight milestone with the UFC.

B) It’s against the right opponents.

How about Cerrone vs. Ferguson and Cerrone vs. Guida? Ferguson would be a good fight for him as a final opponent, and Guida is from the same era and age as Cerrone, so it’s not like he’d be facing a new guy who could completely outclass him.

Dude deserves it, to be honest. He’s always been a company man and has stepped in so many times on short notice. I think the least the UFC could do for him is to let him reach 50 fights, just as long as it’s not against killers.
