If he is a pro fighter and got charged with third degree assault he probably just grabbed the guy or pushed him hard or something. If he beat someone up he would have gotten it a lot worse.

He seems like a good guy in my opinion. I've heard nothing but good stories from friends who met him and he also seems to have a good sense of humor. He's had some words with Pettis, Diaz and Varner, but other than that, he seems pretty cool to me.

He seems like a nice guy who has a really bad streak to him. Very hot headed.

It likely isn't as bad as it seems. States vary slightly in definition but Assault 3rd likely means they didn't even fight it could be as simple as throwing a bottle towards the guy and almost hitting him. If they taught it would mostly likely be a battery charge. He is probably good on this one
