Pre-prepared frozen meals will look like this at the best. They don't LOOK good.

Some of them are pretty good. Sounds like this one was tasty-ish. That's a big win for a frozen meal.

For proper shrimp and grits, you HAVE to get them in Louisiana or Mississippi. Grits should be quite cheesy to give them actual flavor. It's the spicy sauce that the shrimp are cooked in. When it is done right, it is righteous! When not, its a bland mess.

I've never had grits but I love Cream Of Wheat, that stuff is my favorite!
I would try grits if the opportunity presented itself but it never has yet, I suspect I would scarf them with cheese, no shrimp, though
