I love my wife to death, but man sometimes I have trouble listening to her.

She will watch a show on TV that I have zero interest in watching, and then she'll come tell me everything that happened in the show.

Or she'll go to some store that specializes in pillows or something stupid, and then tell me every detail of her favorite pillows.

We actually had a rough patch in our marriage, caused in part by me ignoring her, so I'm really trying to be a better listener so she feels valued, but holy shit sometimes I just want to yell NOBODY CARES!!!!

do y'all have this problem with your women folk?

Just give her this look

just give her a hug and tell her you love her.

Mine talks non stop while we're driving somewhere. From the moment the car starts til we get out, she doesn't shut up. It doesn't bother me too much anymore, I've gotten used to it. I usually just say "uh huh" "oh yeah?" occasionally.

Amazingly no. Still love it when she gets high because it's absolute silence though

Hey bro. It’s called being married.

I mean, it's not that hard to listen to someone talk, especially if you supposedly love them. Just imagine if tomorrow she died in a car accident, you'd probably give anything to hear her talk about pillows

My ex-gf would talk like TS's wife and then get mad that I didn't talk that much. WTFFFFFF

Id walk barefoot through broken glass just to hear her voice again, if she was able to talk id listen forever.

Mine too. Even when we're somewhere unfamiliar, and I'm trying to listen to the gps. Drives me crazy.

Were the pillows made of memory foam?

had to dump some hot skank because she was too ADHD. Always looking at her phone and shit , she could never even Netflix and chill 1 day out of the dam month. Always wanting to be on the prowl. You cant trust those types of skanks anyways.

She doesn't talk too much, but she does spend too much time talking about what she's going to do in the next few hours and how she's going to do it.

I'm all like... just do the same as yesterday... lol *tunes out*

Everyone's girl talks too much and their 8 hour stories never seem to go anywhere. My ex couldn't go to jimmy johns without giving me a 20 minute speech about unwiches. It's difficult to pretend to be interested all the time but I didn't really mind until all that verbosity turned into nagging. Easy to spot a cheater when old motor mouth suddenly wants to avoid details about her day.

My Wife Is actually pretty dam quiet. Its good that I dont hear a constant stream of her every thought but if she is pissed Ill be fucked if I know why or what about.

No, they had down stuffing, which is why they were so soft. I mean like soooooo soft. And it had this velvety material on the outside except it wasn't velvet, it felt like velvet but it looked more silky, and when you ran your hand over it, it was just super smooth and it would keep you cool in the summer. The only bad part was that it was this light shade of blue, like an ocean blue, but you know, not like the ocean here, but like Fiji or someplace tropical. So it wouldn't really match our couches, but then I thought, "hey what about that chair in the guest room" because nobody ever sits there and I think it's because it doesn't look comfy. But if we put two of these pillows there it would be more inviting and the colors would match too...

I'm going to stop there to have mercy on you guys, but it goes on like this for a while.

Mine talks non-stop, but just not to me. Always on her phone which is even more annoying because I only hear half the conversation....which is also in chinese....which I don’t understand.

She will talk more in one day than I do in a month (on the phone).
