Look, i know it might seem like a gimmie fight, but t-wood was beating condit for two rounds. condit gave robbie a close hell of a fight. some believe he won...

robbie seems to lose to dudes who can pressure and bully him. i know thats not twood's style, but he can out-point him with late takedowns. and for those mentioning hendricks... hendricks doesnt have the explosive takedowns like t-wood does.

i think it will be closer than most think.. and then outta nowhere a vicious ko from robbie

at +200 is it worth it? no.... because i think more money will go towards robbie and better odds will come in for t-wood.

Lawler has taken so much damage in his career that the first 2 rounds are way too unpredictable.

Woodley is athletic and has decent wrestling. Also has good hands, he might pull the upset unless he gets knocked out.

Even if he wins , I don't see him being champ for long. I see Lawler startching him or winning a somewhat uneventful decision with Woodley's tendency to be extremely inactive.

Woodley is a dangerous motherf*ker the only real knock on him is his gas tank & heart, but Robbie perfectly suited for T Woods style stand & bang minus all the exotic stuff a fighter needz to fend off. I got Robbie and only slightly things can change between now & 200..?

Are people underestimating him ?

He hasn't been in the cage in 1.5 Years. Rust and nerves of a title fight. I think he knows he's going to have to prove he was worth the title shot.

Woodley got ko power and will likely ko Lawler on the feet if he catches him.

T-Wood is very explosive in the first round he has the knockout power to catch Lawler especially with the wars and mileage on Robbie's chin you never know when his chin will give out.

I don't see it happening though. 18 months is a long time off for anybody, especially going from fighting Gastelum to fighting Robbie Lawler. Even without the layoff it would be a tough match up for T-Wood, I just don't see this fight ending well for him.

Woodley reminds me a lot of a smaller Rashad Evans.. I don't think this is a gimme fight at all and wouldn't be surprised if he won

I just saw those odds. Seems like a good bet. I don't like woodley at all, but he has the capability to wrestle Robbie to death and sneak a win out.

Yes he does. But with Lawler's power, TDD, and his stamina to go a full 5 rounds I think it's 70/30 Lawler.

Woodley could finish him in the 1st or 2nd after that Lawler kills him

God I hope Woodley doesnt make it to the 5th cause 5th round Lawler is probably the scariest man alive

When you are athletic and hit hard, you still have a chance. If we stack their metrics 1:1 though I think Robbie is pretty far out front

Cardio - Lawler
Heart - Lawler
Chin - Lawler
Striking - Lawler
Wrestling - Woodley
Speed - Woodley

Robbie has a wealth of experience fighting the best fighters in the world and his durability is absurd. At some point though I think his fighting style is going to catch up with him for all the bombs he's eaten in wild exchanges. Until we see him slip from the damage, he should beat guys on Woodley's level.

They've trained together lots I bet, and as a result they probably both know each other pretty well. Gonna be interesting!

Without a doubt. TWood has some power and legit wrestling.
