No. No he does not. And Colby isn't planning on going to the white house. He never was. It's just that for whatever reason, he, in spite of himself, has become one of the best shit talkers alive. Not because he has cutting edge wit, but because he knows exactly what to say to piss people off/rally idiots around him.
