Don't drop height. Should be going forward, not down. If anything, the hips should move more to get more of the body behind it and structured.
And although jabs can be thrown 1000 different ways, I'd think a textbook jab should be thrown without having to move forward with the lead foot. If someone can jab without moving, they show they can do it moving, but if they throw it moving, I don't know that they know it correct when still.
Right hand doesn't seem to be there for blocking at all. It's moving when the jab is thrown so it's seemingly not locked to block a counter and is out of position in the first place. Shoulders are moving too, makes it a dead giveaway for the punch and is way too much work that the body doesn't need to be doing. The whole body is stiff, when striking should be more loose, and only stiffened when needed.

And whoever that is has some horrible face disease where their facial features are all fucked up and contorted to the point of no visibility.

Eyes can't hit what eyes cant see!

he's even faster than the blur, pretty impressive honestly

People ask me to put up sparring footage and blur the faces but it clearly isn't reliable..

I can put up my face but not the other person. I would love to post some shit but I really need to get that straight first..

just make him a bloody unrecognizable mess before you start taping

Damn! UFC champ with 2 weeks tdd training right there!

You telegraph that jab like Western Union

funny you should say that. The owner who took over asked me to promise I would not turn it into a blood bath, because that was the state of the club when he took over.

On a more serious note, I don´t know what you are blurring with but part of the issue of the blurring working perfectly could be due to the shit lighting and not being able to differentiate objects in the footage. In a gym with bright white lighting it probably works better.

Try it out and if you get a spar where the blur works, you post it, if you don't you don't. Maybe you get three minutes of sparring and then the blur fucks up and you cut that portion out.

Nah, it doesn't work with fast movement. Try it... It's a shitty tool.

I challenge you to put up anyone in the UFC with my hand dexterity! I was pretty talented at wrestling in high school, though I never trained in it. The gap would be jujitsu
