First they rank Charles Martin inexplicably high to fight for the title. He then becomes the worst title holder in HW history and loses very badly in two rounds to Joshua.

Dominic Wade is ranked in the top 3. His biggest win is Sam Soliman and his other opponents had a combined 169 - 138 record.

Victor Ramirez was promoted to IBF champ after Yoan Pablo Hernandez retired.

The IBF is becoming a huge joke.

What do these mandatory challengers and vacant title inheritors truly think before their fights with obvious A level fighters? They can't say no to the fights because pride and money, but surely they know they're in for a hard night. They'd have to be delusional not to.

Hats off to them for being walking punch bags. Because it's obivous to all of us they never stand a chance.

I agree that these are bad fights but if guy fight their way up the IBF ranks, what can you say? Wade earned a ranking by beating Soliman, who was a champion.
