Does the Gracie Diet work?

I was wondering if the Gracie diet works? Anyone tried it and noticed significant improvement?

depends on what you mean by "works" will it increase your energy due to detox? yes. any other goal requires a different stratagy. or atleast a modifucation of the diet.

There is what seems to be a lot of mystical mumbo-jumbo regarding the allowed combinations with very little supporting logic as to the reason behind it.
