That's where things get dicey. I'd leave the measurement up to your friend lol the 1/4-1/2 cup is for the average size tub. Basically if it burns at all you have too much.

Oh & if you do this in the morning you'll be rather odor free all day. The bleach on your skin will continue killing the bacteria
