It's Goulet. Worst chin possible on a UFC-level fighter.
The sad thing is that he was actually a very skilled fighter. That's what made up for his inability to take punishment.
Most guys who get put out that easily don't make it past their first few fights. Goulet put in a lot of good work on the regional level and had multiple stints in the UFC.

why do people associate Bisping with having a bad chin? Bisping has a rather good chin in my opinion. being knocked out by Vitor and Dan Henderson isn't bad, those 2 guys are going down in history as absolute savage KO artists and known TRT users.
it's not like Bisping has been KO'd by Bisping.
