Jon Jones has recently said that he wants to reclaim the light heavyweight championship to show people you can come back from anything. That's sounds great, but does the man himself inspire you? He seems to really want to be celebrated by the world the way Kobe Bryant, Peyton Manning, Derek Jeter, etc are.

When you think of Jon Jones is your first instinct:

Role Model/Champion

OR

Pretentious and ignorant

Hey, did you guys hear? Jon Jones might be a hypocrite.

Let's discuss it further.

You can be a role model, a champion, pretentious and immature, TS. As you pointed out, Jones is doing it.

He inspires me to pick up an 8 ball here and there

Jones inspires me to become famous so I can do whatever I want behind the wheel.

Jon Jones is a modern day hero and just happens to be a terrible driver and you really can't hold that against him

Hes the Greatest martial artists ive ever seen.
extremely inspiring

Great fighter, absolutely terrible human being.

Based on your extensive day to day interactions with him?

This coming from a supporter of an individual who blantley took steroids throughout his entire career to inflict damage on opponents who could have been none the wiser?

I'd expect a bit more coming from you. You've been around the block enough times to know a blanket statement like that holds about as much water as a screen door.

Your fanboyism and willingness to forgive him because he's a great fighter is sad and appalling.

Based on his altercations with the law, smashing into someone while intoxicated and leaving the scene. Man its pretty obvious he is a shitty person.

Altercation. Unless I'm not privy to some other run in with law enforcement.

Yes leaving the scene of a crime is shitty. But you said it yourself. He was intoxicated, therefore not of sound judgement.

Not exactly great examples to label someone a Terrible Human being

I genuinely dislike Jones. I don't have many posts here so I'm sure it would be easy to find some that corroberate with that statement. Nice try tho.

he inspires me

if he can break road laws constantly and keep his license then so can i

I wouldn't mind doing some coke right now
