Does it still count as a win if fighter tested positive for banned substances?(PEDs)

Just wondering what people think about these situations.

Fighter A "wins" fight vs Fighter B.
Fighter A is found guilty of having banned substances(PEDs) in their system for the fight.
Result is changed to No Contest.

Did Fighter A win that fight?

If you're the winner and popped for steroids, it's ruled as a NC.

If you're the loser and pop for steroids, it's still ruled as a win for your opponent.

If Brock Lesnar pops for steroids. He looks at the comission really angrily and they allow it.

Well Fighter A won the fight, he had to break the rules to do it but he won. But since he got caught breaking the rules the fights get changed to a NC, which means that officially he didn't win the fight.
