Does Glory Use 10oz or 8oz Hayabusa Gloves?

Is it based on weight class or does everyone use the same glove?

I imagine they are really just 8oz at the lower weights it's just the weight. But they are build extra wide and literally like a shield.
I don't get why they use such gloves. Only for Roosmalen? I can't believe it. To protect the Dutch guys? There aren't that many Thais there.
To make fighters move less and block and trade more?
I assume the gloves are mostly that way to block kicks more easily
