Does boxing envy UFC's Reebok deal?

A $70 million dollar deal where fighters get their own uniform and branded merchandise and be the face of one of the biggest sportswear company in the world.

None of this exist in boxing as far as I'm aware, do you guys think boxing wishes it had a unified sponsorship deal like this?

-Free uniform
-Merchandise sale
-70 million
-Worldwide brand

Didn't James Harden, a basketball player, just sign a 200M contract with Adidas?
Didn't Floyd Mayweather, a boxer, just earn 300M for a single fight?

Mayweather made more than the entire Reebok deal, as did Pacquiao, in their last fight.

But obviously the UFC is the big leagues in terms of pay.

No because you can go get your own sponsors and get paid what you are worth and can hustle to find in sponsorship and endorsements. That's much better than Reebok telling you that you are worth 2500 bucks. Most fighters fight twice a year. 5k from Reebok means you are probably having to live in a community home, getting food stamps, WIC and medicaid wichow broke ass.

Sponsor pay is on top of other pay. And reebok doesnt structure how pay is given out.

lol stop dana

Pac's sponsorship with Nike >>>>> entire Reebok deal with UFC

TS, how delusional do you need to be to even post this thread? I'm pretty certain you know the answer.

Individual boxers certainly don't.

Stupid question considering Boxing has separate promotions including HBO Boxing and Showtime Boxing which are the two biggest promotions.

Lol ufc doesn't even envy the reebok deal! In fact if they're really not making a penny of the deal (like they claim) but they are paying certain fighters more to keep them since lack of sponsors(like some claim) then they're losing out on the deal
