Every time he broadcasts mate, keep an eye out for it. Watch the fight objectively (judge the action by your own eyes and not Joe's words) - and you will find him doing it on every broadcast he does. Not every fight, but every broadcast for sure.
It's better for you to observe it yourself. (And its late and I'm about to go to sleep not provide references at this hour lol)
