That place is not 30+ million. It's not 5+ million. It's a literal McMansion. There is one place in Vegas that is 25 million dollars on the market right now. It's next door to Fertita and his mom next door. Be fucking serious. That house is not remotely impressive at all.

Probably some real estate moguls that buy up property and flip them whenever the market spikes. In the meantime they rent out to rich celebrities to use as their vacation house.

I've also "read" (no really there are articles) that some people rent out their mansions to adult film studios for porno shoots. They apparently pay well even for just a day. You just have to make sure your pool and linens are cleaned extensively for jizz.
