Does anyone else just crash on Friday

I get up for work at five every day, so I'm usually pretty tired on Friday nights.
 
Same here, TS. I usually have a nap after work on Fridays, unless I got plans.
 
Yup.

Nothing beats the occasional drinking straight after work until about midnight thing.

Then I sleep until mid afternoon Saturday and don't do shit the entire day. Nice waste of a weekend right there.
 
I workout after my kids go to bed on Friday nights.
 
yeah - lately.

yesterday - big plans to start training again. Nope

got home, said id rest for half an hour. 3hrs later - whole evening wasted.

sleep till like 2pm today.

1hr commute (1 way -- 2hrs both ways), staying late most days = tired motherfucker at the end of the week.
 
Currently the last day of my work week coincides with the first day of my next work week so no, I don't have the luxury to crash out on Friday. Drink a red bull ts, and maybe mix it with some cement to harden the fuck up a bit.
 
i tell myself that im gonna take it easy on fridays but here we are
 
Friday, Friday. Gotta get down on Friday.
 
I'll generally leave work a little early and hit the gym before getting a pizza and relaxing to some sport or a movie - I'm out by 11pm at the abosoloute latest!

Back on the grind for training at 8am on Saturday.

You're not old brah, you're just prioritizing and listening to that there body!
 
Do you also make an audible sigh when you get off the couch? Thus it begins....
 
Absolutely. Especially if I worked day shift. I'd be lucky to make it to ten. I'm a morning guy so I like to go to bed early, get up early, and get stuff done.
