Lineker's combination of chin and power is INSANE. Know he called out Cruz but he is likely fighting TJ next. Caraway is injured, Garbrandt fighting the Miz.

Dodson needs a fight and this would deliver BIG TIME. Dodson's speed and power against Lineker's hands and chin of stone.

Just bleed!

Feels like a bit of a sidestep for Lineker.

If he beats Dodson, people will say he hasn't beat a Top 5 guy, and doesn't deserve the shot.

I say give him Faber.

Faber is fighting Jimmie Rivera at UFC 203. I like Lineker vs. Dodson but I also like Lineker vs. Garbrandt being rebooked after Garbrandt starches Mizugaki.

Faber fighting Jimmie Rivera. And I disagree I think Dodson is appropriate.

Gotcha. Well in that case you can only give him the title fight, eliminator against TJ, or Dodson.

One of the few 125 fights I'd be excited to see. 2 flyweights that actually finish

Nah TJ has already earned another shot at Cruz. Linker while looking spectacular is beneath him at the moment.

Eh, maybe. I'm not a huge fan of the win one, and you're back in the mix but I get it.

Assuncao had a long streak including a win over Dillashaw tho. The Cruz fight was so close an instant rematch would have been justified. And I hate instant rematches but it was that nip and tuck for 5 rounds. TJ deserves another shot infinitely more than Faber did.

135. Crazy division right now with a lot of genuine KO artists.

Linekar vs. Dodson would be awesome.

I would favor Linekar by brute force, but Dodson wouldn't make it easy.

One point... we were gonna get Neck Tattoo vs Lineker.... imagine that fight?

I'd rather see Lineker/Cruz, it's too soon for Dillashaw/Cruz 2 imo. Dodson should fight Almeida, why? Because that fight would not only be awesome but it will also give Dodson a good win when he starches Almeida, that or Dodson/Munhoz.

I don't think it's too soon for Cruz/TJ 2. You could make a strong argument that fight was worthy of an immediate rematch, especially seeing they let old man Faber fight for the belt instead.

Lineker doesn't have that one top win yet, although he has no doubt looked awesome. I think he needs another big win before getting in there for a title shot.

They both can bang, but I feel like Lineker is too plodding.

Speed kills.
